Your storage container is available for your use at any time 7 – days a week. Access outside of our business hours (Monday to Friday 7am-4.30pm) is via the telephone entry system. The mobile telephone number that you registered with us when making your booking is registered with the intercom system.

To access the site, please drive up to the black gates and enter your provided code and the gates will open and close behind you. They will close automatically when you leave. 

Your container rental renews on the date of sign up each month. Please provide 7-days written notice to sales@fastselfstorage.co.uk to arrange to empty your container and return the keys during our office business hours to Evie Willow, before the end of the
month.

There is a range of items that are prohibited. Such as:

• Foodstuffs and perishable items that may attract vermin.
• Currency, securities or deeds.
• Goods that are harmful to the environment or the property of any person(s).
• Firearms, weapons, ammunition or explosives.
• Combustible materials, liquids or gases, e.g. petrol, solvents, compressed gases etc.
• Any living creatures, e.g. dogs, cats, snakes, insects etc.
  Asbestos, biological agents, chemicals, radioactive materials, toxic waste, or any other potentially hazardous materials or liquids.
• Illegal substances, e.g. narcotics, etc.
• Illegally obtained, counterfeit or smuggled goods, e.g. tobacco, alcohol etc.
• Unlicensed or unsafe goods.
• Goods that emit an odour.
• Items that are irreplaceable for sentimental reasons because the thing is extremely rare or unique.
• Tyres

You should contact Fast Self Storage during business hours if you believe your key has been lost or stolen. Due to the high levels of security provided by our tamper-proof container, it is not easy to replace a lock box. Fast Self Storage keep a master key for each container, but for a lost key, once your identity has been confirmed, we will require a payment of £350 + VAT to arrange for a specialist welder to replace the lock box on the container and replacement key.
