Our rental agreements do not require a minimum commitment. We operate on flexible rolling contracts, providing month-to-month options for your convenience. The storage space is readily available whenever you need it and just 7-days’ notice is required to end your storage and for all your items to be removed. By renting a storage unit with Fast Self Storage, you agree to comply with our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from renting a storage unit.

Certainly! You have round-the-clock access to your storage unit whenever necessary. Our facility offers 24-hour accessibility and is equipped with CCTV monitoring, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your specific needs.

Please note that insurance coverage is not provided by us and should be arranged independently. However, our facility is equipped with CCTV and a secure access system, which insurance companies typically view favorably.

Prospective customers are required to provide forms of ID that allow us to check:

• Full Name (Forenames and last name.
• Signature
• Date of Birth
• Full Permeant Address

* Documents must be original (photocopies will not be accepted) and one form of identification must contain a verified photograph, such as passport or drivers licence.

You should contact Fast Self Storage during business hours if you believe your key has been lost or stolen. Due to the high levels of security provided by our tamper-proof container, it is not easy to replace a lock box. Fast Self Storage keep a master key for each container, but for a lost key, once your identity has been confirmed, we will require a payment of £350 + VAT to arrange for a specialist welder to replace the lock box on the container and replacement key. It is advised that this is only a last resort option.
