Welcome to Fast Self Storage! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our container storage services. By renting a storage unit with Fast Self Storage, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from renting a storage unit.
2. Limited Liability Disclaimer
2.1. Fast Self Storage does not provide insurance for items stored in the containers. Customers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for their belongings.
3. Security Disclaimer
3.1. While Fast Self Storage maintains security measures, we do not guarantee absolute security. Customers should take reasonable precautions when storing valuable or sensitive items.
4. Access and Hours
4.1. Our storage facility is accessible during business hours, seven days a week. Access outside these hours may not be possible.

5.1. Customers are advised to inspect their items before storage. Fast Self Storage is not responsible for any damage to items placed inside the containers.

12. Right to Access
12.1 You agree that Fast Self Storage or any contractor acting on Fast Safe Storage’s behalf may at any time without notifying you break any lock or security seal and inspect your goods if Fast Self Storage reasonably believes that your Goods may contain any items described in Prohibited Items, or if Fast Self Storage is required to do so by the police, fire services, local authority or by court order; in order for Fast Safe Storage to investigate title to the Goods in the event of any dispute; where Fast Self Storage considers it necessary in an emergency (including but not limited to suspicion of hazardous substances, or unidentified items) or to prevent injury or damage to persons or property; and where Fast Safe Storage considers it necessary if there is excess weight or inappropriate packing materials used by you.
13. Right to withhold or Dispose of Goods
13.1 If you do not pay the charges or any other payments due under this Agreement, Fast Self Storage shall have the right to withhold and ultimately dispose of some or all of the Goods. You will be responsible for all storage charges and other associated costs reasonably incurred by Fast Self Storage while withholding or disposing of the Goods. Fast Self Storage will provide you with 60 days written notice requiring you to pay all amounts due and to contact Fast Self Storage to arrange collection of your Goods. If, upon the expiration of the 30 day notice period you have failed to pay all of the amounts due, Fast Self Storage will escalate the recovery process and a fee of £250 will be applied to commence disposal of some or all of the Goods by sale, gift to charity, or otherwise. If in Fast Self Storage’s reasonable opinion the Goods cannot be sold for a reasonable price or at all (for any reason) or despite Fast Self Storage’s reasonable efforts they remain unsold, you authorise Fast Self Storage to treat them as abandoned and to destroy or otherwise dispose of them at your cost. You shall be responsible for all costs reasonably incurred by Fast Self Storage in relation to the disposal of the Goods including an administrative charge of £250. The administrative charges remains payable by you, together with any outstanding debt less any amount that we may have been able to recover from the sale of your goods.
